Within seconds, all matching properties are returned to the client's cell phone. Additional properties can also be researched and used for comparisons. If interested in a home, the buyer can connect with the broker or agent through MGMPI’s Mobile Alert and close the deal. It takes the sponsoring broker's website initiative and makes it mobile.
